MEET BLENDA MONTORO MILLER

¡Hola! Hello! Aloha! My name is Blenda. Not Brenda, not Belinda, not Glenda, not Linda but Blenda... Yes, Blenda, like a blender!

I’m originally from Lima, Peru and moved to California in 2001.  While studying photography in Santa Barbara, I fell in love with my now husband and moved to Kauai in 2009 so we could be closer.  Santa Barbara is an amazing place, but it wasn’t too difficult to leave for the tropical island of Kauai. I’m so honored I get to call this island my home, and as I drive around I’m always amazed at what a beautiful place it is.

When I’m not creating art and greeting cards, I enjoy time with my family.  I have two young boys whom I adore and they love to be with their mama as much as possible.  My husband and I love to travel with them when we have the opportunity. My Instagram is full of travel images of the places we go, the people we meet, the food we eat, and of course, as a shell lover, the shells I collect.
